Our office is located in Chiang Mai, Thailand – the original place of Karen Hill Tribe silver. Thailand is famous for handmade products and Chiang Mai was named Capital City of Handmade product. We will ship your order directly from our office within two days after order and payment received. However, for wholesale order, we may have stock not enough for your order. We will let you know lead time of your order if there any.

Lost Package
In rare cases that is not resulted from us, due to no fault on our part, a package sent via the USPS ( or your country’s Post service ) may not arrive at its destination. In such an instance, we will reship your order after a reasonable time has elapsed, but will require that you sign and return a letter confirming that your package indeed was never received. This is required so that we can be reimbursed by our insurance company.
